2,900 Sq. ft Custom Home Photo Album
ABN recently completed a beautiful home in downtown Puyallup. The customer wanted an open concept with plenty of room and quality finishes. We also constructed a 900 square foot detached garage with 16 foot high ceilings on the property.
After our foundation forms were finished, a heavy rain came through the area.
Luckily, we were able to get a hold of a trash pump and removed most of the water in time to pour.
The lot was unfortunately backfilled with quite a bit of poor material, so we had to go quite deep for solid, virgin ground upon which to pour. The result was a very tall foundation wall.
Not to worry, we were able to backfill to the previous grade, and you would never know how tall the walls were unless you ventured under the house.

The home is being framed up. The attached garage is actually a 3 car tandem style, in which one car can pull forward on the left side with enough room for parking behind it.
